These pages describe the Vibe24 web service at app.vibe24.ai and the vibe24.ai website. Free is available without an invitation. Signing in does not authorize a payment. The planned automatic inactivity-deletion limit is not active; read the retention section before uploading media.

Vibe24 is operated by KITSI TECHNOLOGIES INC., incorporated in Alberta, Canada, on February 3, 2026 (Corporate Access Number 2027866041). Contact: [email protected].

Access and accounts

Vibe24 helps you edit video clips through an AI-assisted conversation in your web browser. Free is open without an invitation. You must be at least 16. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must accept these terms for you. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your clips and permissions

You retain your rights in the clips, audio, messages and other material you submit. You must have the permissions necessary to upload and process that material, including permissions involving identifiable people, music and other protected content. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe privacy or intellectual property rights, impersonate others, or interfere with the service.

Permission to provide the service

You permit Kitsi and the service providers it uses to store, copy, analyze, transform and transmit your submitted material as necessary to produce edits, provide revisions, secure the service and respond to support requests. This permission does not transfer ownership of your material to Kitsi or authorize its use in public advertising.

AI results and sharing

AI can misunderstand instructions or produce inaccurate captions or unsuitable edits. Review each result before relying on or sharing it. You are responsible for deciding whether you have the rights needed for publication, including any music license required by the destination platform. We do not guarantee that generated material is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Availability and changes

This is an early-access web service. Features and availability may change, and edits may fail or require another attempt. Keep your own copies of important originals and downloads. Paid plans show their price and terms before checkout. Signing in to Free does not authorize a charge.

Stopping use and account requests

You can stop using the service at any time. For account deletion or other account requests, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Clear data in Studio clears the conversation; it does not delete your account or cancel a subscription. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, unlawful activity or a security risk.

Applicable law and protected rights

These terms use Alberta law and applicable Canadian federal law. They do not exclude mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact [email protected] with a concern so we can try to resolve it.

Updates

Published October 13, 2026. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention before they take effect where required by applicable law. A later retention-policy change will state when it actually begins.

Plans, credits and cancellation

Free includes one credit once. Starter and Pro add their stated credits each month. One new delivered reel uses one credit and includes 3 revisions. A failed delivery does not use a credit. After the included revisions, one credit adds 10 revisions to the same reel, only after your confirmation. Chat continuation is not charged. Upload and processing limits apply.

Paid credits accumulate. After a paid subscription ends, the balance is saved but requires an active paid subscription to use. Returning to Free does not grant another free credit. There are no separate top-ups.

Starter to Pro takes effect immediately at the full monthly Pro price and starts a new billing period. Pro to Starter and cancellation take effect at the end of the paid period. Cancel through Settings → Billing; your account then returns to Free. Checkout shows the currency and amount before purchase.
